1. Data We Collect

We collect your email address, name, and username when you create an account. We also collect usage data (which tools you use and how often) to improve the Service. Files uploaded to Scanner or Vault are stored securely on our infrastructure.

2. How We Store Data

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. All connections are encrypted via TLS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to store your authentication session and language preference. We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising pixels.

4. Third Parties

Stripe processes payments. Cloudflare hosts the Service and provides CDN/DDoS protection. Supabase provides database and authentication. We do not sell your data to any third party.

5. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your personal data at any time from your profile. You can request a full data export or account deletion by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained for analytics.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
